Locally owned and operated, our biggest mission is to make pizza that gives everyone a seat at the table. With our community partners and a focus on barrier removal, we can offer equal job opportunities to individuals with and without disabilities. We work to create an environment that supports each of our team members and their differences. For example, if you are more visual, you'll find our recipes above each workstation, complete with pictures and ingredients that are color coded. Our managers work hard to implement systems that make the work day easier for our team members. We are hungry for human connection, and there's no better way to connect with our community than to include every single member of it in our mission.
Restoration Pizza is where your differences matter because they go better together. Where disabilities are just a part of a greater ability, and a high five can never be done solo. We know our pizza can't end wars or create a utopian society. But when pizza is done the way it should be, it can bring an entire community closer to that feeling of fullness.
