CARROT PALE ALE

This beer has been rattling around in Production Manager Tim’s head for a long time. The sweet, earthy carrot flavors enterplay with the truly classic Cascade hop profile of citrus & floral. And it’s ORANGE! Pale & Vienna malts, cascade hops, and a bunch of carrot juice.

SALVAGE TITLE

HAZY IPA

7.2% ABV | 60 IBU

This is a hazy IPA made with just malted oats and no rolled oats. It’s hoppy and pillowy! American 2 row base with malted wheat and malted oats. Some light crystal for a touch of sweetness and color. Hopped with Mosiac, Simcoe, and Ekuanot.

RETRO FUTURIST

A COLD IPA

6.6% ABV | 60 IBU

We plan to experiment more with cold IPA, an enjoyable beer style. It’s supposed to be crisp and crushable like a lager with the hop profile of an IPA. Premium pilsner malt, corn, and rice. Hopped up with Motueka, Idaho Gem, and El Dorado. Fermented with 34/70 lager yeast.

DISCO NAP

MANGO & LIME WHEAT

6.2% ABV | 5 IBU

The Story: A summer wheat with delicious additions of mango and lime. Next time you eat a mango, squeeze a little lime on i,t and you’ll experience how this beer idea came about. So good!  Half 2 row malt and half malted wheat. We added the fruit post-fermentation and then flash pasteurized it for stability.

Base consists of 2 row, malted oats, rolled oats, and malted wheat. Hopped up with two of our favorites, Citra and Simcoe!

We wanted to make a big, bold brown ale backed up with an awesome honey addition to enjoy in the early months of the year. Can be found in all Bosque Brewing and Restoration Pizza locations on draft and package as well as in the wild at local retailers near you.

Few things are as uniquely New Mexico as our world-class IPAs. Bosque IPA starts with a light copper base of pale, caramel, and wheat malts, providing a medium-bodied backbone for our flagship IPA. But that’s just setting the stage for the hops where myriad aromatics and flavors are coaxed out of a blend of our favorite hop varieties.

Inspired by German pilsners, Bosque Lager quenches thirsty palates without sacrificing depth and character. Where this straw-colored, crisp, and brilliant lager deviates from tradition is in a noble dry-hop for a bright and floral aroma.
