A delightful wheat ale featuring the tropical flavors of passion fruit and guava. This is a new iteration of our Supreme series, crafted with the unique combination of guava and passion fruit. The foundation consists of 45% 2-row malt and 45% malted white wheat, with 5% unmalted wheat added for haze stability. Guava and passion fruit are infused after fermentation.

2 row base with some oats, wheat, and light crystal malt. Hopped in the kettle with El Dorado and Motueka. Dryhopped with Talus, El Dorado, and Mosaic.

This golden ale celebrates 10 years of Pink Boots New Mexico in their mission to assist, inspire and encourage women and non-binary individuals in the fermentation/alcoholic beverage industry to advance their careers through education. Portions of the proceeds from this beer go directly to the local chapter and are used for education and scholarships for its members. The NMPBS team put together this lovely, hop-forward Golden Ale featuring the 8th annual Yakima Chief Pink Boots blend featuring Krush, Simcoe, Mosaic and Chinook. A solid grain bill of 2-row barley with modest amounts of Vienna and White Wheat malts was used. The result is a beautiful Golden Ale with a hoppy nose, medium-dry body, and subtle malt backbone.

This summertime classic is back! Perfect for the these sunny days! 100% Best Malz pilsner malt. Hopped in the kettle with a little bit of Hallertau and Saaz. Fermented with 34/70 lager yeast.

DESERT DREAME

HOPPY PILSNER

5.4 % ABV | 35 IBU

There is nothing quite like a crisp desert evening watching the sun drift from daytime to evening with only the kind of colors and beauty that you can find in New Mexico. Crack open a Desert Dreamer to that experience and we’d call that a perfect night. Our dreamy lager is predominantly Pilsner malt with just a dash of Vienna, Munich, and flaked oats. Motueka and Simcoe hops were used in the kettle and post-fermentation dry hop creating a pleasant, hop forward Pilsner. It’s an easy drinker, for sure!

SCALE TIPPER

7.3 % ABV | 100 IBU

What’s considered outrageous by most is what we call perfection. Big Tropics define Scale Tipper IPA, our most decorated achievement to date. Mosaic, El Dorado, Citra, and Simcoe hops create one juicy and uniquely satisfying American IPA. Still utilizing an outrageous quantity of hops for this beer. 100 lbs of hops in the kettle and 150 lbs in the dry hop. An equal split of Citra, Mosaic, Simcoe, and El Dorado.

Spring is almost here so y'all know what that means... Shandy time! This light and refreshing shandy has just enough of a lemony kick to keep coming back for more. Shandy Lakes is a lovely, lemony, wheat forward beer perfect for warmer weather. Loads of lemon juice concentrate is added during fermentation, and the result is a medium-bodied and delicious.

A pomegranate kettle sour. This beer features a base of 60% 2-row barley and 40% malted wheat, with a truckload of pomegranate juice added post-fermentation. It has some serious pucker power.

One of our past staples, Bosque Lager, is BACK! For a limited time! A German Pilsner, made with pilsner malt, hopped with Saaz and Hallertau Mittelfruh and Czech Saaz.

Few things are as uniquely New Mexico as our world-class IPAs. Bosque IPA starts with a light copper base of pale, caramel, and wheat malts, providing a medium-bodied backbone for our flagship IPA. But that’s just setting the stage for the hops where myriad aromatics and flavors are coaxed out of a blend of our favorite hop varieties.

GERMAN–INSPIRED PILSNER

Inspired by German pilsners, Bosque Lager quenches thirsty palates without sacrificing depth and character. Where this straw-colored, crisp, and brilliant lager deviates from tradition is in a noble dry-hop for a bright and floral aroma.
